Never mind half the similarities between our fights, the caldari struggle is SOO worse they lost their homeworld after all! Never mind the thousands of years of subjugation and forced brainwashing into some sadistic religion, the fight for some of them to gain freedom, and rebuilding their culture.... Oh wait...

Sarcasm's a great thing isn't it? Where you can get off saying that the struggles your people went through verses our own I have no clue. Speaking for myself and with my views not necessarily shared by others, whatever successes your people have gotten are great. I'm happy to see your progress. Its also not my fight, neither side of it. Wish to downplay our triumphs? Whatever...... What you have accomplished verses what we have accomplished is laughable. Notice how few of us point that fact out? Notice that few of us comment or throw snide remarks such as "Well, the Caldari people would be better under the federation's rule" or anything to that effect? You of all people should understand the desire to attack those who wronged you in the past. Unless that's not the reason "why the federation must be destroyed," (I'm assuming the answer is going to be some drawn out reasoning that could be summed up as such) instead of thinking of us simply wanting to steal people or whatever the whole "chaos fighter" thing is implying.

I can understand where your coming from, but imagine this if you will. Imagine the Naapni people on caldari prime, no federation, just you. Instead of an inhospitable ball of ice it allowed your people the ability to prosper much greater than you did. One day a natural disaster occured and in its wake Gallante dropships land in the wreckage that was once a residential area. They gather your people and put them on a ship, as "sub humans" or whatever. Now fast forward many many years, your culture is destroyed, homeworld no longer yours, subjugated by the Gallante and forced to take up their "freedom." Through their own arrogance the Gallante face a massive defeat and you get to finally live as you were before, but how? You never knew what that was. So over many years your people construct out of the ashes of your home, it renewed. You don't see any reason to fight over that? They still force their ways on your people, true caldari people being force fed "Gallante freedom," you don't see any reason to fight?

Well, it isn't your fight, its ours. If you can't see any reason to fight for home, fight for your people, your a hypocrite (you do say they're reasons for your fighting right?). And if you don't think the fight continues look at the uproar last year when they took the warzone. It's less people than in the past, but the fight is still there...

Just as that Alexander Noir, who rammed Malkalen station, your Elder fleet invaded Empire and died, killing many Minmatars and Amarr alike. How can't you understand?! Those, who were enslaving you and those, who were enslaved are LONG DEAD.

We are fighting not the Federation, that bombed our homeworld. We are fighting not that Federation that tried to subjugate us into their democracy and culture. We are fighting against Federation that committed terror act against the State, that committed racial crimes on Caldari Prime, that couldn't trade us homeworld, that tortures our POWs and slaughters colonists because of their nationality.

Just as you... you don't actually fight the Empire that "enslaved your people", because that Empire, those who were living there, are long dead. You are fighting Empire that was just living as they wanted to live. And YOU didn't like it.

They are dead, your absolutely right. There are many Amarr who could care less about my people and just want to live their own life. And that's why I don't attack them. That's why there are plenty of Amarr and Khanid who I actually don't mind and even wish to learn about their culture to some extent. There are also, like the black eagles with you, ones who aren't peaceful. Ones who wish to crush all my people have worked towards. Them? I won't mention what happens to them. You act like they don't still threaten us. Sorry, please let me correct myself, some parts who threaten us. It's not dropships we fear, no. It's culture.... Their culture threatens us, as it does you and Gallante alike. What do you think will happen to the state when you've outlived your usefulness as an ally? I won't allow myself to become what they were, I WILL NOT lay down a blanket statement as you seemingly have with the Gallante. That doesn't change the fact the fight is real. The danger for my people and the rest of the cluster is still present. It's just pockets, as it is with any of the empires.

Not to derail, but I didnt think many of our Minmatar folk had humour in them...maybe this isnt humour, but I certainly found it humourous. (I align with Minmatar, more or less).

Ya, that makes sense.

The Republic won't forget what the Empire did to them 200 years ago. But neither will the Republic ignore what is still going on today. When every Matari is given a fair option to either leave the Empire or receive Empire citizenship, and the Empire exercises a hand of restraint upon raiding slaver operations based in Amarr space, then the war will end. Oh yeah, and an actual apology would be pretty ******* nice, too. People will still hate the Amarr, but that can't be helped. People will still demand the end of slavery, myself among them, but the Republic's fight will be over.
