if you've been playing here for any length of time you would know bringing your case to the forums is the worst thing you can do, the forum members have no power over petitions.




Also we're well used to pretty much EVERY thread like this turning out to be a pack of lies from the OP.

I think there was one where the guy got wrongly banned on his sole account but I can't remember anyone with multiple accounts ever being anything other than full of **** when they protest bans Roll


k we will see, how you will talk when i will get unbanned, because i really did not do anything violating the EULA. i have 5 accs because i don't want to buy accs from anyone, and want to make all aspects of the game as PVP, PVE, mining and production with invent. if i would make 1 char, it would take 5 years to train all these skills. i never even was farming mre than 2-3 hours per day. i even didn't mine seriously (1-2 corp mining ops i don't count) for 5 months. only was making angel hubs. and my fleet booster acc gave mining boosts to corporation and was compressing the ore for refine.

The possible reason - is IP conflict of Hotel in which i got ban or maybe a lot of disconnects that day. Other possible reasons like botting, RMT and other violations are not about me. you can believe me or not. and i am selling the character not because i am afraid that it will get ban, but because i need money. otherwise i would sell both of my indy toons.

So after reading the russian thread, as was pointed out by someone in there this may have been due to you purchasing one of these characters and it being tied to RMT (before you bought it).

However, as Spank pointed out, you lied about what characters you have and what you are doing with them (which is explicit in the russian forum). You are trying to sell characters now. It all is suspicious as hell and everyone here knows it.

I can imagine a time when there are zombies all about, killing everybody, and we find out one of our survivors is a Russian botter in EvE.... we'd probably feed that person to the zombies.

Indeed and the use of alts to bump/protest stuff in the thread doesn't help OP's credibility.

No email received for ban is a big flag to account sharing/purchasing.

CCP are pretty damn incompetent but someone is working xmas day dealing with bans and they don't send an email (which I'm sure is automated anyway) on why you are banned?

I don't believe a single word of the story.

As an aside I wish people would stop assuming because the poster is Russian then it must be true that they are a botter/RMT/evil scum. I daresay a fair few of them are exactly that but it gets pretty ******* tedious seeing (for example) people from the USA accusing Russians of stuff when the #1 market for RMT is the USA. If you didn't buy it then they wouldn't sell it mmm?

See how we can generalise - doesn't help anyone does it?

You did the correct thing by filing a petition. Sadly no one on the forums will be able to help you on this matter. I recommend that you be patient and the GM's will get back to you as fast as they can.

Of course, because in court if someone says they didn't do it that automatically makes them innocent...

I love the Russian justice system. If you have enough to bribe the court, your word is taken as truth. I'm afraid it's not like that on my interwebs, sunshine.
