Is the Mac client darker than windows/wine for anyone else?

I am going to say two things

Cider's way of handling Direct X 9
The Mac OS native gamma settings.

As the EVE client doesn't have built in gamma controls (none I have ever seen), try changing the screens gamma (ether via the Fkey or with in the monitor settings.

It looks like there are actually some transparency issues, if you look at the shield/armor/hull on the HUD. I did not notice this until the patch where POS mods got new textures.
