Cannot connect to Tranquility after Downtime

Hello,

After today's downtime cannot connect to Tranquility server both with old Launcher and New Mac Launcher
Client error: Unable to connect to 87.237.38.200 on port 26000
Client version: 13.10.976307

Also, successfully connected to the Singularity server with New Mac Launcher

OS X 10.10.5
MacMini(Late 2014)
