Hi can, somone point me in the right direction here.

Forums are all white.

I have tried in Chrome, Firefox, IE and still get the same outlay on eve forums. I have deleted temp internet files and what not.

Try clearing browsing data in "Options>Under the hood" in Chrome. I had a similar issue with wikipedia some time back. This fixed the issue for me.
