Bans of account for nothing

I was banned 25.12.2011. Didn't get any e-mails, got only 1 respond on my petition, which said that my petition will get respond as soon as possible. 1 week has passed. no respond. I didn't use any bot programs, didn't buy\sell ISKs. i didn't violate any rules. I got autoban, and cannot play my whole holidays as i wanted.

I want to get an answer on my petition, containing the reason of the ban.

What is the estimate time on responding the petitions? 2 weeks almost no reaspond. How much time shall i wait?

my chars were not even miners. 1 was fleet booster. another was Machariel driver for anomalies and expeditions.

i said in the first post, that i never used any botprograms, Was that not clear? why this useless spam?

The last petition I filed was yesterday morning before I left to go to work.
To my amazement I got a reply (and the solution) before my lunch hour.

You prolly pissed someone off at CCP...

I'm assuming that after the statement "I did not bot" is an unwritten "on this account".

Even if you do not bot one one of your accounts but you bot on another, CCP will ban them both. They ban all your accounts even if you bot on just one.

Oh we saw it alright. We also saw "RED Citizens" which indicates renters. The rates charged for rental mean that a large number of the renters are using ratting bots. Anyone who's ever been out that way knows what goes on.

The other day I read a "WTS Dust 514 beta key" scam in Jita. I just happened to read the Scams involving DUST 514 beta keys are not allowed blog. Scammers tears are the best tears.

giving you the benefit of doubt the most likely option is that CCP thinks your account security might have become compromised and has banned the account to prevent further damage from the hacker while they assess the situation (take steps to reverse isk transactions, ...).

I will repeat 1 more time for those who doesn't undestand.

I didn't violate any rule of agreement. no scam. no bot from any of my accs. 2 miners accs i had i have still. so i got ban to 3 of 5 accs. so the theory about ban of all accs = fail. no RMT. no exploit/bug using, no transfer big amounts of money (for which i could get autoban), my accs were not bought. all were mine. so i want to know why i don't get responds on my petitions and compensation for 2 weeks of freezing my accs.

P.S. i am selling one of 2 miners which i still have, because i am one of the managers of our corp, and we need money which i had on my main character. So i go this way to find few bils for a week-two weeks of surviving.

And what is OP?
