Trivia: Boundary Violations, Target locks, or some other reason?

In June of 2010 (the 12th & 20th) the RSI appeared on a few ship kills in UUA-F4.

No damage is recorded as originating from the CCP Dev flown RSI, only other players.

How did the RSI end up on the mail?
