Does the streamer control how long the delay is? I was messing with a guy streaming once and the delay was only 10 seconds.

It still hurts my head that this rating system has ratings with three alphabetic characters two of which are totally superfluous.

Why is stuff AAA+ and not just A+ those additional As don't communicate any additional information at all, they're just extra characters for no reason.
