Returning ind player looking for corp

I reactivated my account after about one year break and now looking for some nice mature industrial corp where i could help in any way that i can.

What i can provide to corp (with my currently incative alt(s) if i choose to activate them):
-Leadership skills, good boosting for armour and shield, also mining boost well trained.
-Capital skills, Gallente dread and carrier skill well trained
-Two good miner chars
-PI skills
-Casual corp loyal player
-Almost 80 mill SP from this char and more from my alt(s)

What im not looking for:
-Corps that say that i get "this and that" and really don't mean it. I have tryed many of that kind of corps in my 6 years of EVE and too many are promising corp OPs weekly etc but in reality, there is none.
-Freedom to be online when i can/want to be

In RL im 41 year old. I have family that keeps be busy, but i try to find some small slots to play.
