Logging in freeze the client and it wont close.

Every time I try to log this character in the client freezes. I can log in other characters on this account and other characters on other accounts. But this character cannot log in as it crashes the client then shortly after my pc and i gotta do a hard reset.

look at the first 5 post on this forum, here is the usual anwswer :

try post #1 : Run rescache (check game file for corruption)
then my post #8 : clear cache file (remove files that may be corrupted, and not important anway)

also please report what you did (did rescache fixed thing, did it work. did the cache deletion helped?) thanks in advance


sometime a clean work, sometime not, then you need a ticket to support.
You are the first that needs to reset his computer? maybe you are in some fullscreen mode that blocks something try switching to windowed mode just to see if the computer is responding to inputs, just to prevent hard reset which are bad.

rescache doesnt run at all.. even as administrator.. ticket made but i guess it will take days for they respond again.

well seems my alt was affected by a booster bug while not boosting ;p fixed
