Any news on the Drifters returning?

Rumor has it the Drifters left EVE to play another game.

To buck the popular trend, I began to Rage Start instead of Rage Quit.

...and every time I get another piece of Carbon, I know exactly what CCP is getting this Christmas.

CCP has been testing it out on sisi. there was a nice screenshot on twitter of a giant ball of navy and drifter npcs.

I don't know about defeated, I poked them once and then I died.

I'd say the defeated ones are the ones that lost interest in ''deep'' plotline. Hurray for ''Hurr durr drifters r watching'' as a explanation of why there hasn't been a lot of development since we heard about them.

they had to nerf them because carebears were cying that they were chasing them like pvp'ers because they shot a load of them

Are flying your drifters.
Even in Amarr space seen them. Here are just Amarr Navy watched at them. Looks like the already forgotten that they are for the sake of new content (which is broken) have killed their Empress.
CCP as always. facepalm.
The impression that nothing had happened. Big deal key character was killed in the Empire, and they quietly fly, crawl.

From what i gleemed as i missed both the NPC and lore pannels at eve vegas, though during the EVE IP pannel CCP Affinity hinted that the drifters are not finished and are poised ot make a come back. But she said she would give more details in the lore pannel... which i missed. lol
