Thanks for your input Bastion Arzi, but I've made it quite clear I really can't be a$$sed slowboating around at less than 800m/s, so an afterburner fit isn't viable for me. And I don't want to just wait around for someone to fit a specific ship to come blow me up or blob me with mates in a small plex.
I'd like to fly around and gank people myself too and feel flying around at 2000m/s+ (With Zor implant) in this fit with a scram is more my style.

You also mentioned that I should fit a cap booster, errrm the Dragoon has only 2 slots man, which of the Prop mod or scram/point do you suggest I remove and replace with a cap booster? Neuts will be used as a GTFO for myself, disabling someones scram if they have it if I feel I'm losing or a 2v1. Also Dragoons weakness is kiters it looks like, hense why I've included Hornets instead of Hobgoblins.

This is my theory craft anyway, I havn't put much of this into practice..as I cannot really fly out in space because my laptop overheats and switches off after an hour or so...

I would stongly recommend AC's over lasers on the dragoon. Cap is life and the lasers aren't giving anything the AC's cant. Plus fitting 150AC's is childs play.
