What's the best ships to run blood raider sites in (the fastest)? Recommended fittings?

pulse confessor, standard C2 fit.

scorch down the frigs, conflag the cruisers.

You shouldn't have any trouble running the site fully in sharpy mode, save for the cruisers if you bump into a structure.

For high sec i used vigilant 90% Web + 1300 blaster dps seemed to work in my favor every time.

Any of the T3D's would probably run them the quickest. Confessor was mentioned,

But I used a Svipul and ran them in like 4 mins. Through beam Fessor might be better. You'll want a fast warping ship since you have to run around and find them from system to system. A single permarun small armor rep will handle the frigs and your so small that the cruiser can't track you.

I have completed them in an exploration fit astero (drones), a worm and a gila.

Anything that can tank 5 npc frigs at a time is cake.

For anomalies pulse confessor, for DEDs and most gated sites beam confessor because of better range.

To be honest I thought they would be really tough for the reward but you can use any tech 1 attack or combat combat cruiser of choice or taste.
I think they made it so that even the newest citizens of New Eden can do them. Think of them as a challenging level 2 mission.
