to get max speed (not through warping) you need to fly "through" a sun and drop a bookmark as close to the center as you can and then warp to said bookmark...

lol what happens

on topic i was thinking more using the hoptkey to set max speed on an oh mwd to breach a plex quickly. will get scram but might coast out of range. at least against ab scram thingies.

I wont spoil the surprise :p do it in a rooky ship if you dont trust me but its better in a freighter....or similar...
