It looks great. +1 CCP.

Added functionality (from what I see):

Skill progress bar (Hovering over it gives you relevant info like skill name and time to completion)
More size customizability (drag to resize)
Create groups
Menu leading to things like Browser bookmarks, etc
Align left/right (not top/bottom)
Autohide which seems to actually work (doesn't appear to screw up window placement)
All station-specific items are moved to bottom near undock (i.e. Ships and Items)

Note that team BFF has also deployed (excellent) changes to SiSi:

New agents list, it tells you if you've been offered or if you've accepted a mission from an agent
Watch list can now have 15 people
Watch list can now be ordered by dragging and dropping pilots
Chat member list can be made more compact, right click on chat tab and "Show Compact Member List"
New icons for online/offline, blocked and voice in member lists
The online/offline notification which pops up when your buddy/enemy logs in is now has standings icon
Said notificaction can be dragged to chat to info link that pilot and right clicked on
You can now shift click modules to overload them
Overload button shows feedback from when it's been clicked until it's activated/deactivated
You can now filter the skills you see in your character sheet and skill queue to find the skill you want

Probably just their resizing functions that are less than optimal for quality.

nice to see some options there.

now if only the same ingenuity could be applied to other ui elements such as people and places/scanner/etc to stick themselves to the nearest 'edge' when minimized rather than everything drops to the bottom margin.

That looks really neat! I'm rather excited!

Now... about that HUD down there...

Tradition defines and shapes a person, but should be evaluated frequently; far too often does Tradition no longer help, but hobble a person and stunt their growth. Especially a Capsuleer.

From what I could garner from the screenshots I saw, less Neocom buttons off the visible at all times and more hiding them in drop-down windows.

This looks like a rather great improvement.

I wonder why CCP doesn't allow us to dock the analog looking HUD controls for SH/AR/HU right onto the necom (That is always present besides in station, docked). It would reduce clutter on the screen. This could serve the neocom well. Since the skill progress bar is obviously working, this could work too). Imagine this suggestion that you could always have the choice of horizontal or vertical ship strips of current status right inside neocom, crafted seamlessly into UI.

in my opinion neocom is a main UI, and should optionally import status reports than just some simple ESC>START>MENU bar to do things, it rather could be more informative with the wasted space.

Sorry, but until I can detach the frames and move them outside of the game (think Adobe Flash / Photoshop frames). The "new" NeoCon blows.

Can we get the old "HUD" (Armor, Shield, Struct circle thingy). I saw a screenshot where it was a sphere and was a Three Dimensional Radar...was pretty sweet looking.

Let's hope that this new UI won't disappear like the Windows 7-y one which was on Sisi around a year ago.
