Hi!

I was directed from customer support here. I'm not able to login with my account details to Singularity and my account is currently active.

Same here. It say invalide username/password incorrect character name enter.

I'm having the same issue.

When I logon to Singularity it asks for the name of a character on my account and then the activation fails.
