Research lab at POS not allowed research

Hi,

I hope this is a simple question with a slight oversight on my part, but after installing a research lab at our indy POS in W-space, we can't get it to start any ME or TE efficiency research.

In the industry window we can select the lab just fine, but ME and TE research are greyed out, however manufacture and invention are not.... I have told my corp director about this and he has spent a good while playing around with it trying to get it to work, however he can't figure it out either.

Does anyone have any suggestions we can try?

This might be a dumb question but are you sure that you are using a BPO, not a BPC?

Is it a blueprint original?
Originals can be copied, ME/TE researched or manufactured.
Copies can be invented or manufactured

An original will have invention greyed out
A copy will have ME/TE research and copy greyed out.

IF so, are you using the right lab? There's one lab for ME/TE research and a different lab for copy/invention.

Using the standard research lab which gives a 30% bonus to ME and TE efficiency research, and I've tried it with every BPO I own and each time it's the same.

Logged on just now and it seems to be sorted. I don't know if some permissions have been juggled around or what, but all working.
