I've spoken to Chribba and he has agreed to hold collateral he values in excess of 150b for the purpose of this bond.
Who's in?
Preference is for 1 or 2 big investors.

edit: This is back open and looking for 200b. Chribba should be posting soon(tm) to confirm that the collateral will cover this expansion.

I appreciate the offer and would happily accept it if I needed it today. However Angelica's offer of Monday meets my need and I have had prior arrangements with Angelica. Should I need to expand it I will contact you (and the others who have offered).

Since it seems RL is not cooperating at the moment, I'm not sure I will have the needed time and so. Hence I think it better to withdraw my offer, and wish you the best of luck in your investment.
