Greetings

I am searching for an alt. My budget is 25b (i will go a bit more if worth it)

My needs are

Ishtar pilot with t2 heavies, thats a must . Also shield skills and gunnery

Tengu pilot with scanning skills . Thats second aspect that i would like. I can train some things but not from start .
