No Character selection on login in

Hello

I have tried to log in on this account into eve, on both the beta launcher and the main launcher and i get the info saying loading data but once that has finished i get a black screen instead of the character selection screen please help as i can login to my other account no problem .

also an alternative : from a working game menu, esc, reset setting, clear client cache

but if old and beta launcher do the same error : the cache folder are different, so rescache should fix (unless you copied profile to beta launcher, then possibly duplicated corrupted cache)
