Hello, I am known by in game character MaxDEL, ceo of one of the major wormhole corporations Quantum Explosion. On October 7 2015, CCP has banned all my accounts for the vague term "ISK Selling". For this many players will rejoice, because many pilots in wormhole space hate me, but i’m not talking about it now. Throughout my life I have not sold a single isk/items for real money, and the reason for the ban is slander. I suspect that it was deliberate in order smear to my character. A few hours before the ban, I bought AT ship (Malice) for my own isk for the future planned participation in the next AT.

I will describe events followed:
For the first, I immediately wrote a petition with a request to explain the reason for the ban (the transaction for which they received the information I have real money). . The next day CCP Peligro was asked to send information to confirm the account which I gave at once.
As the days passed there was no answer ... During these days I have several times added information, creating a new petition with the request to answer me soon, but nothing happened. . Members of my corporation also wrote a petition to deal with the problem quickly, because my account is tied all the activity and all the property and money of the corporation. Petitions of corp members was closed with answers "none of your business", or closed without response.
The response from the CCP Peligro came !12! days after the date of establishment of the petition, which was only a "template” answer and didn’t contain any real information. . Was given a link to read the eula. Petition for 12 days has never been read a CCP Peligro, the answer was given "to **** off". The response was not specified any transaction, no reason to ban, but only a reference to all known rules EULA. The petition was closed, all the others too.
I was immediately written response to the petition, new petitions, but they still remain unanswered.
All I can see from my player side - CCP has baned me for no reason, and does not provide any satisfactory or detailed answer.
And for this they chose for me the dirtiest reason due to which they do not consider it necessary to explain anything.

For the record - I've always struggled with people who are engaged in RMT (most of them - pilots in WH), and when asked to engage in RMT (several times) I personally wrote the petition to inform CCP of illegal behaviour.

Please note, that as head of major wh corporation i had significant assets accumulated over the years…
On my (banned) accounts (where several dozen) are the Titans, Motherships, collected all the property and money of my corporation - more than 1500B isk (A great way to reduce the amount of isk in game by ban 1 person). My corporation has achieved a lot in EVE, is going to participate in the AT next year.
Idea that I'll risk it all for the sake of selling a few M isk?! This is ridiculous. And i explicitly deny any RMT allegations.

Naturally, I will not go to court of the District Court of Reykjavik (because I live in Russia, and income per month less than the cost of a ticket to Iceland), but what you do with players who have dedicated this game 7 years and thousands of hours just bestiality.

I sincerely hope that this misunderstanding can be solved and that my years of dedicated play, as well as providing content for several hundred players is not put to waste.

P.S. 2 years ago my main account too was banned without explanation, but after a long conversation with the GM, account verification, unban and without giving an answer to the cause of the ban.

P.P.S. to CCP - Many players have a strong pain towarads me, because I do large-scale operations in the WH, and unable to take revenge in the game trying to get rid of me in another way. But this is no reason to ban players from the first fake petition without proceedings.
