How do I copy a ship from TQ which is not in station but in space?

Any idea how to copy a ship from TQ, which is not docked, but I have it borded?

Only docked Ships are getting copyed.. so dock up said ship.

IF said ship is a Super, well, it won't get copied, and afaik those are excluded from the copy command anyway.. would be interesting to have someone with a docked high sec super try this though.
