Can't see petitions

I created a petition and then afterwards cleared my cache. I can no longer see my petitions past or current. I created another one for the same topic, it said it was successful, but it is not listed and I can't view any responses. I'd like to know basically if my petition exists and if I get the responses.

Should I just keep submitting the same petition again and again? I still can't see any petitions. Is there somewhere else I can ask besides here ?

So I guess if I can't petition it through the in game system, and I can't ask about why petitions don't seem to work here in this forum, I can't do anything. I've never thought I'd be one of those "well I guess I'll stop giving CCP my money" people but looks like I have a growing reason.
