I have two Bachelor degrees from one of my countries most prestigious Universities. I haven't been unemployed for more than two weeks, except while being a full time student. I've never collected EI, even when I was eligible, and am in fact currently at work with a brief lull in office activity granting me the time to check the forums. I work in private education helping my cities students achieve their academic dreams and become contributing members of society.
I dress well (thanks to my wife's excellent fashion sense) and shower daily, twice if I've worked out. While a bit overweight my Doctor tells me not to worry about it, just not to let it go any further.
My musical preferences are a combination orchestral music, symphonies, and Death Metal (if that combination seems unusual to you, I assure you it's very logical). I drive a 2007 fully loaded Honda Accord, it has 160 thousand kilometers on it and is excellent condition. I plan on replacing it with a brand new Accord in another year or two.

But you don't actually care about any of that, you just saw some people having fun on the forum and felt that was unacceptable, you just had to try and squash it, "no fun allowed! Spaceships are serious business!" I imagine you said to yourself in a stoic, emotionless voice.

EDIT: Also I speak both English and French (though my French is weakening with disuse) and I'm learning bits and pieces of Hindi and tiny amounts of Spanish.

I see that only two jurors have thus far stepped forward. In the interest of sweet buttery justice, I offer my services as an impartial, fair and highly affordable juror.

By the way, my ailing grandmother is a few iskies shy for her monthly supply of Mindflood. Any help would be appreciated. *cough* send iskies *cough*

Should we go on with business?

People want to see a more detailed explanation on why the evidence is fake. Do you want to taint your reputation by siding with a potential corp thief that hasn't done anything for his defense, backed up by a professional scammer that states, a compressed screenshot with reduced resolution must be fake? It's not right to think Mr. Arbosa faked his only evidence, when there is a clear chance that Sir Thermal aka Nitche is abusing his reputation and ties to the judge and counsel of defense to ultimately get immunity from prosecution.
It is you choice to render this court impotent. Mr. Neirfallas clearly disqualified himself in representing his client's credibility through a camp fire story and clearly psychotic maniacal laughter. The client resigned all his fair chances through hopelessness and self ironic statements. Only a cold hearted Inquisitor with no empathy at all would instantly sentence Vik Arbosa guilty without even asking about any intents and possible motives. I appeal to the judges honor and abilities to not cover a misruled judgement with the intimidating thunderdome.

I will accept the challenge, once justice is served. Else, it will be hard to tell this apart from a derivative of a "pod or post" threat. Looking at the state of evidence more detailed, Mr. Arbosa might actually be extorted himself to create a pop-threat. Instead he decided to hurt Mr. Thermal's seemingly impenetrable reputation through character bazaar. It's a clear David vs. Goliath.

And why is my credibility questioned and I'm suspected of the accusant himself of being an alt? Everybody believes Mr. Arbosa is a main character, when he's only a couple months old. And if Mr. Thermal and the rest of the court is so confident in that belief, they seem to think a supposed "Newbie" takes all the effort to fake evidence in order to hurt the sell value of an established player, that clearly has to have more experience in deception.

PS: This isn't even my mother tongue. So, hard workers, believe my words!

The Inquisition, by definition, does not defer. However I would be open to your ruling on this matter as Judge Noragen seems to have taken too many of the new cerebral boosters..

As it stands, the following matters present themselves to the court:

1) The court must rule on a proposed thunderdome match between the Lord Inquisitor and the newcomer, Not Amarr. If Amarr wishes to sit in service to the court, he must oneveeoneatsun in cruisers vs myself. Thunderdome rules apply.

2) The court must rule on evidence entered as presented. I will urge the court to consider the fact that the CEO in question deleted all his posts and some images after their validity came into question.

3) The court must rule on the prosecutions conditions. The CEO of bros before holes must pay a sum of 3b ISK to Thermal Damage as reparations for defamation of character, or face a fleet of the Inquisition at their doorstep.

As I do not know 2 languages could somebody who speaks whatever this is translate it for me please?

1) The Court rules that Not Amarr must undertake a Classic Thunderdome match with Classic Rules against Leto Thule. Betting on the event is encouraged

2) Evidence is evidence is evidence. Make of it what you will. The court doesn't need to rule on the validity of the evidence however use whatever arguments you wish about the evidence to sway our Jury

I would also like to take this time to point out that the highest form of evidence has only been presented by one side

3) This is of course pending a favorable outcome for Thermal Damage as the case is still undecided
