Any know what a decent overall probestrength is based on t2 ship+ rigs, sister probes + skills + implants?

Base Sensor strength of Sister core probe is 44, should i aim for 88? 132?

Not completely sure about it and someone else may correct me.

I think a probe strength close to 100 should allow you to scan everything comfortably. Higher values just speed up scanning.

I'm fairly sure that with 70 strength and 8 probes, you can scan down anything (in highsec atleast, but I think it's the same bands in low/null too). More than that will greatly improve your speed though. 88 is fine for an un-rigged or implanted ship (and is plenty for normal use), but if you add rigs and implants 132 should be easily obtainable.

I recommend 100 or so for fast scanning.

On the other hand, all the under-trained newbs leaving behind rich sites they can't get to is nice.....

Anything over 98 would be the route to go. Although with Astrometric skills trained to 4, T2 probing frig + sisters launcher and probes + T1 rigs you should be getting close to 108. That should be more then enough to lock down any sig.

My main has terrible probing skills and has 89 odd scan strength and yes, he can probe out every sig but good lord is it painful.
My proper probing toon has 136 scan strength and probes like a boss.

Worth noting that the max scan strength you can get is 189.37, or 128.64 without implants.
