Singularity Client Patch issues

Hey!Shocked


I have some Problems with my Singularity Client and Need some help.
My Client wont patch, in the bottom left Corner is written "Creating Patch 0.0%"
I have Win 10 installed. My Connection is also fine.
The offical Support cant help me because they say they are only for the Tranquility Server.
If anyone has some technical experience, please help me to solve that shi.....
