EVE Alliance Tournament Discussion

So this is just going to be easier. I dont want to be on any pod casts, and instead of replying to every eve mail I have I'll just post this here and go away.

So some final thoughts.

First of all to everyone....... Only about 7 people I would say knew anything about the actual cheating. This was solely the leadership of both teams and myself after I was "informed". The majority of the pilots knew absolutely nothing about any of this. I am begging you please to take me at my word on this matter. Some obvious members that are getting a lot of flack over this unfairly are......

Suitonia
Casper


These guys knew nothing. They were not apart of the leadership and only fly their hearts out in the tourney, or in chessur's case was an excellent tourney caster with really good knowledge.


To the camel / warlords guys that have sent me mails and threats ect.........
I accept your anger and your outright hatred towards me. I will only say that I was not the one that chose to break rules. I was the only one man enough to do the right thing. If you choose to blame me for everything then thats fine. Like I said I can accept it. This was not done because I and Kadesh hate each others guts. Yes that is true. Has been for a long time. It began because I couldnt live with the guilt. I know a lot of our members are younger guys that grew up in a generation that doesnt know a lot about doing the overall right thing even if it means a lot of bad things will happen.


To the guys with negative wallets..... mail me I will do everything I can to help get you out of negative. Please let me help you if I can. I doubt anyone else from the leadership trillionaires will.



To the CCP employees and volunteers that put so much time and effort into all this I can only say that I am truely sorry for being apart of this and I hope that one day you can forgive me.



PS - to the guys that had my back during the tourney. You know who you are. I love you. One guy in particular had my back more than most and I am going to do everything I can to make this right for you guys.

DHB, I would like a word about some things that needs closure and corrections, for the past times sake.

Props for doing the right thing even when you had so much to lose. I don't know that many of us would have the balls to do the same in your situation.

Hope you stick around, your burning eve videos way back when were one of the things that got me into eve PVP in the first place.

Thanks for stepping up and doing the right thing. Hope to see you stay a competitor in the AT. I know it's a huge hit to have all your once friends turn on you like that for doing the right thing, but like you said their blame should lay elsewhere. Enjoy the Fiend.

PL beat you in the metagame, ironically for metamatching.

So yeah the alt hate is cine. I accept it. Just some things.


The fiend..... Recontracted to the guy that had my back the most in the at. I do not personally deserve t be rewarded this year.
The three guys mentioned i do not personally know. They are all spaceships that talk to me but i personally feel they do not deserve the flak they are recieving.
My only friend on the team was blue melon. I had known him for years. We are no longer friends. You draw your own conclusion.

Also i do not believe attention whore is accurate. If it was i would be responding much more or even at all on reddit and or fhc.


Now i have to get back to selling my personal assests to help get guys out of the negative since it appears that others are not helping my former teammates.

Personally I think it took a lot of balls to stand up for what's right, I applaud you DHB. Not many people in this game (or any other for that matter) have morals anymore and feel like it's just a game so you can act however you want. I think often times (not always) how people act in EVE is probably a good approximation of who they are in real life. Good on you for shedding light on this and hopefully it will help future tournaments.
