Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello folks. I have been using the new launcher beta as of late, and I like it so far. however, Earlier today, I logged in only for a few moments. At the bottom of the character selection page I received a notice that it was Eve Online's 12'th anniversary and we were receiving a gift of Genolution Core implants 3 and 4, a Mens Mordu's Legion Magnate Jacket and a Womens Mordu's Legion Gunner Jacket. There appeared to be no instructions to redeem them, and I had to shut down my computer to eat. When I came back and logged in again, the notice was gone... I checked my redeemable items in game and they were not there. Do I have to wait a little longer for them to arrive? Is it because one of my alts, the one I logged in as, already has the implants installed from the last time this was given as a gift from CCP? Or is this a bug of some sort?
