High-slot Remote Cloaking module creates a bubble of cloaking (e.g. 5km radius).
Using strontium to run.
Anything that break the edge of the bubble, break the bubble., i.e. no ships entering or leaving while bubble is running.

So you can cloak your entire mining fleet with one ship when a neut pops up in local?
