I'm working on compiling an exhaustive list of all the criminals I know along with their offenses. I'll send it to you when it's done. Soon the skies will be littered with the frozen corpses of these evildoers, I assure you. We will see to it together. I only hope that the New Order does not realize that I have become a police informant until I have had time to fully document their schedules and pass them along to you, Commisioner Xex.

How about Happy Endings Massage Parlor? What rating do I get? I just declared war on a 20 person corporation and I have myself and a newbro in the corp. First time declaring war on another corp and I am sooooo excited. Does that make me a bad person?
