hi i xcant come to hi sec anymore.

some kinda misunderstanding with the police

anyway i have standings for level 4 agents possibly even level 5 agents.

can i run missions in low or does sec status affect that?

No, Sec status doesn't affect running mission in lowsec.

those dang police.

that said running lowsec missions should put you in a position where the police will probably look past your previous actions.

No sec status doesn't affect being able to do missions in low. Just be aware of people around you, do the things you need to do to stay safe etc. It's more than doable so long as you follow that.

Moving on as the others have stated you can still run missions in low sec to help with that little police problem.
