I'm an egocentric maniac that thrives on praise and reverence.

However my Girlfriend is angry and not currently talking to me so I turn to you solvent abusers of ope for my fix.

I encourage ye to share anything you may be proud of and need praising for.

I'll be dropping more work in here from time to time

You know the drill.

I repaired my gusset with inner tube sealant and up-cycled an oven glove.

PS. That's very nice Ralph.

Ty. Actually that was made using macro objective and layered film negatives, and some digital love I just gave it.
Some old stuff I was experimenting about 20 years ago.

LOL No doubt mate, I've seen entire galleries at MoMA in New York devoted to that stuff. My favorite/most hated was the room full of stretched linen "canvases" scorched with clothes irons. This one, the patterns were in rows with the irons vertical. The next one, rows with the irons horizontal. At about mid-point, the ideas for patterns ran out, and it was concentric sunflower circles. Only difference was, the patterns of the steam holes on each iron were different.

After some long minutes of viewing and pondering, and contemplating the curators' aesthetic tastes, and the possible politics of the New York City art world, and watching educated rich wives viewing and pondering and commenting-- had to bolt and make a run for it. The hanging motorcycles of the ages exhibit in the big hall was kind of refreshing for a breather. But big hogs and curve gripper death machines hanging in overhead in the air also seems strangely cryptic--- as if no one in this place understands that the design of the thing is for high speeds, and attracting crazy ass people to enjoy crazy high speed motion on them! I sort of remember the underviews of brand new Pirelli tires, though.

MoMA did have a pretty fine exhibit by this guy once though: Aleksandr Rodchenko. And hanging in the gift shop and thumbing through the various books about art history can put you into deep process.

What are the rules here? Can I post something by a family member, and not get banned for plagiarism? I found this image on my camera a while back. Apparently done by my young 100% heyoka autistic son at some point.
