Doxxing is a very broad term, strictly speaking it relates to posting your personal info online.

Eg, some mad Hydra alt posting your name and address, place of work etc...

From what you've said, you're talking about some forum account that has been hacked/or they have access to where you've reused your password elsewhere. From that they got your facebook and email logins.

While they had your email and login, they probably had near total access to everything (depending on how many emails you use and what for). With it, they can request password resets for sites that you've registered with the email and change emails for registered sites (So check key sites still have your email set and it hasn't been changed)

If they had access to your eve accounts they can only get partial bank information at best, but bear in mind these people are clearly after doing damage so they will be looking for that kind of information and while they had the email account, there were probably easier ways to get bank details assuming your online banking is registered with that email.

Oh please find proof of who did this.

There is a good chance what happened is you had the same password on the hydra forums for other stuff. You need to find out who had access to the hydra forum password database. Then find out if the password you used on the hydra forums matched the other passwords that got stolen.

If an admin from the hydra forums was ******** enough to use his access to get your password, then see if it linked to any of your accounts or facebook/ect, then depending on where they live, you may be able to take legal action against them (if you wish).

Also, anyone is found to deliberately be stealing passwords by exploiting forum admin rights should be reported to CCP immediately, especially if that information was used to access eve related stuff. I would imagine they would take that very seriously, though I assume you have already spoken to them.
