Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I looked at the new pay to play discussion that came after the bazaar changes that maybe will come.

First a few lines on that. You Always could pay dollars for high level toons and shiny ships so nothing changes there :)
And to be honest, I could easily pay for a big ship and a proud shiny toon to fly it but...I suck at fighting.
I am problably the only one that finds out that his Fenrir warps faster then my Heyna can web it :) So I would pay to suck

2 things do have impact for me.
The fact that someone can scam the hell out of people and then within 3 days can 'online' a new 'old' toon (buying it) and noone knows the better.
and, again i am honest, having this to be MY toon and playing a lot with it should show. I want some reward for sticking to this guy. Now people often only look at toon age.

I would like a system, and in this case i call it an implant by having no other idea right now, that pays for me to stick to my toon.
It could be splitted in a kinda stat like standing. and an implant.

Every day a toon logged (account? not sure there) he gets 0,001% of something called Trustfullness?
It ofcourse depends on how much history ccp can dig up on this. It should prevent at least the neccessity by some way to just relog all your toons every day. Or keep a toon logged one all day. So a played time per day with a 60 min cap a day? I have no idea.

Trustfullness would not mean this guy can be trusted to be honest, but can be trusted to be like he is since he was so for ages, If that makes any sense :p
So if you look at a toon you can see how much its played. Selling buying would reset that. You realy can see if that 9 year old toon is a pro that played 70% of those days and is not a second toon from an old player that is bought yesterday.

Besides this sort of standing we all get a new implant. it stick to you clone aswell adn gives you a bonus based on your stat. By script you can change which profit it gives like Speed or so. That way a really old playing player gets a benefit for being at eve so long and actually playing the came. The stat should be nice, but not so high it gives certain win.

That would be a reward for the oldies that new plyers can only earn to stick and really play the toon. Its a part that never ever can be bought with plex or dollars.
And i can see in the future that it will be a part that also helps with trust. If a plyer played 2000 days with a toon, the chances that he will scam you with that one are less high (But as Always in Eve still possible :) )
