Spruillo - I reside in high class wormhole space. I am currently thinking about running solo paladin sites but dont quite have the funds for the required blingy fit. Your 2bil investment into my "Nerapa Krabbing Industries Inc" would help get our prototype product into a reality. My estimates are

1 C5 Garrison = 300mil and roughly 30-40mins to complete.

Krabbing only 1 hour per day means that you will see a quick and speedy return on your investment. You are not alone in this enterprise as I will be fronting the remaining isk for said Paladin fit + ship to the tune of 600mil incl back up refit.
