I'm just seeing the html markup when I go to forums now. All CSS and graphic elements are gone. Just white. How to fix this?

EVE Gate in general is horrendously misbehaving. Yesterday it was repeatedly demanding that in to view my character sheet, citing "unauthorized access." Then, I go to the forums and see a completely broken page; when I go to reply to this thread and hit "post," it mysteriously fixes itself graphically, but the text input is slow and it cuts off randomly, with the page flashing white every so often (I'm guessing this is an automatic refresh gone screwy).

I'm getting sick of the bullshit, CCP.
