I think Poland is in line right after Uzbekistan and India (Hindustani?)

There just isn't anything that can be said!

Well my experience as a german player is, that ,when you play with and against internationals, earlier or later, you will switch it back to english, so as to know what people are talking about, when they use the english terms.

but go ahead and start translating

The EVE mantras:

# Don't fly what you cannot afford to loose ## Work in RL Play in Eve ## Don't build a relationship towards your ship, it won't last ## Press F12, do the Career Agent missions ##

In this day and age of the interwebs there is no excuse, nor should there be a need, for localisations. Especially not in an MMO where you're expected to interact with each other requiring an exchange of acronyms and the likes.

- edit -

There is a use for it when it uses a completely different alphabet like Cyrillic, other than that (and especially in Europe) just deal with it.

English is not my native language either, but I don't really think localization is all that great an idea for MMO. Having ONE common language and ONE set of terminology is so much easier when you try explaining something.

Single player games now, that's another story.

Every time I think of a way to do this via utilizing the player base, I just know you'll fluff it up and try to be all cool and edgy and put swear words in and conclude .. No, nope do not want.

Well done. Don't hold your breath.

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

Just make EVE a single player game so we gons can just play something else for good, and all your problems will finally go away.

Remember that whenever you have a bad day in EVE, the correct reponse is "Thank you CCP, may I please have another?"

No you don't need to swhitch english, 80% russians in EVE don't speak english at all and they play.

Why EVE Get lolacization in French?

How about a customer intimacy strategy instead of operational excellence or that project based we-do-what-we-want-and-we-dont-care-about-any-strategy?

If relativity equals time plus momentum, what equals relativity, if the momentum is minus to the time?

Uhm. What problems? Just saying that localization works a heck of a lot better in a single player environment. In a single-server MMO... Tower of Babel anyone?

Reading (and spelling) skills very definitely ftw. Or were you just trying to live up to the name? P

While you're here to argue what language popular. And whether or not localization in Polish, Indian, etc. We are Russian, are trying to resurrect Eve.
Have arranged fun. \0/

Don't concern yourself with facts. There are more important considerations here, like...uh....India has more people! OOPS!!

Leave it to a Roosky to claim to have invented the ballpoint pen when we all know it was the Egyptians.

With both Spanish and Portuguese, they'd also need to expand advertising to the Latin American market, both offline and online.

The interested people are there, in appreciable numbers. In fact, just think, if you could start getting new folks from Rio de Janeiro, even one or two... that'd be 1 or 2 Brazilian people! I don't know if the server could handle that many new connections! (what? what? I hope to give someone from Brazil a good laugh... and you can let your friends know that it doesn't cost much because 'EVE is (not many) Real!')
