Hey CCP Habakuk or w/e your name is

I've sent you 4 mails over the past month, posted in this thread twice, and sent you multiple conversation requests.(With no reply)

I changed my password on Tranqulity about three weeks ago. I enjoy playing on the test server, but when I go to log in, I put in my details, and then it says "We don't recognize this IP Blah blah, enter a character name". So I enter my characters name and it just says incorrect username/password. I don't understand the problem and even though I continually message you and ask for assistiance, I am completely ignored. I understand that your job must be *very* busy, but I still don't understand why you couldn't take 5 minutes out of your day to assist me. Thanks.
