Character name is Borak Kyev. I was buying ECM module, his order quantity was 1 and when I bought it it reappeared from the top. How is it even possible if he is not bot?

They do care, but you should report via the Report Bot feature on their Character information (top right button that looks like four horizontal lines) or the petition system. What you saw was very unlikely to be a bot, but rather a quirk of how the market works.

Next time you see this happen, look at the time left in the 'Expires In' column, you'll see that it hasn't changed (meaning the order you are clicking is not a new order). What is actually happening is that you are buying from a cheaper order that has expired and is hidden, but not been removed from the market system yet.

How dare you?

How dare you ruin the good name of Borak Kyev? This fine trader is the salt of the earth and probably the nicest person in the whole game, and deserves better than to have a scurrilous rat like you even mention his name.

You come here onto these forums, without a shred of evidence and only your conjecture (and probable lies, as you are obviously his competitor), and start accusing him of being a robot? It makes me think that you, sir, are failing at market PVP and as such have become desperate to resort to slandering the innocent name of a good man in order to try and inconvenience him with unwarranted investigations by unjustly accusing him of breaking the terms of service.

May your pod die in a fiery (in-game) fireball, you horrible little man

And how is it the same guy? Same guy? Same order of quantity 1?

I think you misunderstand how the market works. When you buy something you're not buying from the order you click, you are buying from the lowest order in the station specified for the amount of ISK you specify. The order you're actually purchasing from likely has a quantity of more than one and is not visible to you, it has expired and will be fully removed from the market at the next downtime. The order you can see that has a quantity of one is not being touched.

When you create a new sell order it starts with one day, one week, one month or three months, when you update an order it resets to the duration specified when the order was created. If a bot was creating a new order every time it sold one unit you would see the 'Expires In' column always near 1d/1w/1m/3m, but I suspect that is not the case because that would be way too obvious.

Yeah, sorry, I don't understand it. If I don't buy from the order I click, why doesn't buy if I click a greater quantity than in that order? This concept sounds stupid to me.

When you buy something, you are technically placing a buy order at the price of the item you selected. Therefore if the one you selected is not the cheapest item, you will pay that price to the person who does have the cheapest (paying them more than they are asking), and the one you clicked will remain there.
