Uniform npc space

The idea is, make all new eden npc space. Organized alliances move in, and claim sov. Including low sec. Since big entities live in lowsec , they could claim their region for as long as they can hold it. You lose sov, space converts to npc again (low or 0.0), or goes to the new entity that lays claim. Players can all dock at stations and use services, agents etc, but only space holders can anchor sov related infrastructure.

What that achieves is that you take the benefits of sov where the action is, removing the old paradigm of fixed sov space "thats it , take it or leave it". The map will become more versatile, changing constantly according to activity and will of players to maintain such luxuries. Low sec regions that get claimed, keep their low sec character. No bubbles, gate guns will still exist, but space holders will decide whether they stay active or not, and that decision should be uniform for every1.

High Sec is excluded for obvious reasons. Or you could try them citadels and entosis links there. Rest, try to claim it, keep it for as long as you can hold it.

So what, every station in null, most of which are player built, becomes a freeport and the holders can no-longer stop PL, Goons, Snuff or whoever else wants in from just docking up in whatever station they want to they can hotdrop everything that moves?

What advantages do you think sov has anyway?

The idea of homogenising LowSec, NPC and Sov Null to produce a single characterless area does not appeal to me.

So you want the big alliances of nullsec to have even more territory than they already have?
How about no freaking way?

I propose my own idea, community lock button, if 20 or more players vote with a 75% or more decision to carry out, than they can lock a topic. If the topic deserves to be unlocked and some people who get there first are just mad, then the vote can be reversed by an ISD, or people can still vote on it and bring it below the 75% threshold.

It has a 25m signature.

No it's not a cosmic signature.

Probably.
