I have desubed 3 accounts soon another.. but that's what ccp wants, and exclusively pvp game, not point having an indy\hauling corp if all that is going to happen is you get hyper dunked/bumped and ganked all the time.
I am not complaining, just adapting..

Yea that is the story i heard a lot at Amsterdam. I am also going to desub probably 3 of my 5 accounts once i have moved out of the WH. I simply don't have a use for them and as graphics requirements creep up, its gets harder to run them all at once with any real activity on grid without something freezing or DCing.

Being a purist just means you're cutting off your own content.

Shooting people is shooting people where ever in new eden it is.

Plenty of content in w-space you just have to work hard to get it.

i think the answer is al the people that were easy to find have moved on after being killed so much

Most people who farm sites do so with a closed hole and soon as a new sig pops up they warp and cloak til they can roll hole or make sure its safe

I just think most have adapted as the lesser people have been driven out

Or eve is dieing and nobody is left hardly but id like to think people have just gotten better at not being killed

I've not lived in wormhole space too long (sparsley across the years),

Gotta say i never quite appreciated its atmosphere, I (personally) think its got a great balance of pew and quiet now. Its quiet enough for smaller corporations to relax and go to lowsec if they have no sites to run or people to kill, or they can roam through chains to fight people.

The other day i got to fly my Machariel (normally under threat of supreme gank because people see my name and the ship on d-scan (not that im complaining) 20mins into the roam through a chain that led 1 jump from Jita, i encountered a bunch of people trying to transport their loot, so i anchored bubbles and waited on the highsec side with cloaky eyes inside...

A Vindicator showed up.
and so a very delicate dance lasting around 15 minutes began, ending when the pilot inevitably lost patience (and alot of armor hp) and called for his corpmates in legions, huginns and sabres with 2 guardians for support..... ***k that.

Sadly and Eris, a sabre and an industrial were brought close to the brink of death during this very sensitive (a.k.a Scary engagement) but nothing died (yes that includes the Mach).

Little story, nothing impressive but a fun fight and pretty easy to find.

Find the right hole to stick your head through, and you'll be greeted by the adrenal magic that is EVE PVP

Shield are red, Armor is too, i slapped my heavy neut, all over you. Fingers crossed, broken shattered and burned, across from the bubble and into your hull.

I blame your 185 Man Corporation who gets the numbers to consistently PvP yet remains in a C5-C3 and krabs with max dudes.

I'm not up to date on teen speak so i'm not sure what krab means.

Your old enough to know that just because you have a lot of corp member doesn't mean you always have active members online to take every fight.

We have and active killboard and earn isk when we can. What is wrong with that?

We also aren't exclusively a wh corp. 185 people doesn't mean 185 people in the wormhole. And 185 characters definitely doesn't equal 185 players. We're certainly up for pvp when it comes our way, but the reality is that if it comes at the wrong time, we may not have the numbers to make it an interesting engagement. People have lives. They go to work, or university. Everyone can't always be around for pvp sadly.

I took a short break this summer after leaving a c5 pvp corp. Honestly even in that 5/5 with decent connects to null and low the traffic seemed less then what i have been used to over the years in w space.

Came back and went back into w space into a c2/c4/hs ... those use to have mad traffic. Still decent traffic and fun but not what it used to be a few years back.

It seems i have to run far more chains now to find activity. Soo many super small corps and solo towers these days in most holes. and a lot more vacant holes.

Still i have fun and do my thing. Would like to see more players return to eve in general.
