Client breaks down when I jump a specific system.

Whenever I jump into X-M2LR all my modules will show as activated but I cannot activate any, I also can't bring the drop down menu or bring the radial menu up, when I reach the corners of my client the cursor will sperg out and teleport all over the place.
Basically I can't do anything but use the hotkeys to jump system and hope I don't die.
The only way to fix this is to jump a gate and get off X-M and once I do this I will be missing 80% of my shields.
The cursor problem persists even after jumping off X-M and can only be fixed by restarting the client.
This happens in X-M and only in X-M every time 100%.

More info, it seems like in X-M I have no skills or something.
I can't access my skills panel and when I relog in system all my modules go offline, if I try to turn them on I get told I don't have the skills for it.

If I dock and undock I get a permanent black screen.
