I got very prompt service from Bromeister on a Priority contract. I was always satisfied working with the other service before, and NEE has a new regular customer.

I was impressed with their customer service and very prompt delivery. I would recommend this fast and affordable service to anyone looking to haul assets.

I've used them a couple of times now and been very happy with the service and, of course, the rates. No one does it cheaper and their quality is up there with the big names.

They are letting a lot of their contracts expire. If Kara takes the day off your stuff most likely won't get moved. Giving them a few more contracts because I like the collateral limits they have set, but I will have to move elsewhere soon if they dont get their stuff together.

Good service as long as I've used normal 3 day contracts. 1 day priority contracts seem to expire sometimes. Perhaps remove that option for now?

1 failed contract, and 3 expired contracts in the last week. I CAN NOT recommend these people any more for shipping. I'm going back to PushX.

I recommended these guys, and had some success now must post whats going on.

Three contracts:

1 Gank - OK, no problem, that happens.

2 Did not accept

3 Did not accept

4 Using someone else, have waited over a week now.


Can not recommend until things change, nor will I use them until I see some really good references/completions. Sorry guys, was pulling for some competitive hauling corps.

Hello New Evolution Express customers.

You may not have seen me around here before. The recent negative reviews however have given me little choice but to make an appearance. I generally prefer to staying in the background while organising and attempting to deliver the service you expect. It is somewhat disheartening at the moment however that we cannot deliver what we promise with some of our services. Those little expired status messages kill morale pretty damn quickly when we are trying our hardest, and that is really not something that is needed just at the moment. I hope the proposal I will outline below helps manage your expectations while we get ourselves into a better position where we can offer more than we do currently.


Service Changes

There are to be no service changes to contracts less than 60,000m3 or Jump Freight work as these services are generally operating as intended.

Freighter services are to have a number of changes as this is the area that is causing the most difficulties. The important changes are to be :-

- A reduction in maximum capacity from 845,000m3 to 750,000m3.
- To be temporarily made a non-standard service.

I feel I should clarify the last point. We are not getting rid of this vital service. We instead request that individuals have a talk to us in our in game channel "New Evolution Express", or with a New Evolution Express member, or myself via evemail, before giving their freight contracts to us. This way we can provide up-to-date information on the queue and be honest with you when we would be unable to fulfil your contracts. We would rather be as transparent as possible about this as these issues are not unique to ourselves. This latter change will remain in place until we have sufficient haulers to meet demand. Once we can meet demand again then we can re-introduce it as a standard service.

We will always consider the needs of people wishing to haul more than 750,000m3 and so, if you want anything moving and it is possible to move it then please do ask.


Price Changes

This topic is forever unpopular among customers as I know you all want things moving for the least amount possible. We feel the same at this end as well, but certain factors outside of our control can sometimes place us in the situation we see ourselves in today. The biggest of these is the substantial increase in PLEX prices since this corp was introduced 4 months ago, and when our current prices were set.

Highsec

Blockade Runner (<11,500m3) - Currently 450k/warp, will become 600k/warp (+33%)
Deep Space Transport (<60,000m3) - Currently 600k/warp, will become 800k/warp (+33%)
Freighter (<750,000m3) - Currently 900k/warp, will become 1.4M/Warp (+56%)

There are to be no increases to Lowsec, Nullsec or Thera services at this time.

Contracts that expire after the price change should contact myself prior to deleting and re-listing the contract for the old price. These contracts may well need to have their expiration time increased to allow them to be cleared.


Corp Changes

We are doing our best to get you a fully working and easy to use calculator on our website along with a slight refresh of the site itself. We hope that this will be with you all in very early October. Once this is done then we will be creating a full queue system so that we can better provide information to you about where your contract currently is.

We are also still looking for haulers who can help us to become a solid and independent service within New Eden. If you feel you have the skill to fly peoples precious items around then please drop into our "NEE HR" channel in game.


Service tips

- Giving us a heads up on multiple contracts will likely increase the speed of your delivery and help us keep the contracts flowing.
- Splitting down contracts below <120,000m3 into two 60,000m3 will generally lead to a faster service. Please ask if you have more than one contract to split down.
- A message of thanks upon delivery can really help things along for any future contracts :)


The above changes will be activated as of Monday 28th September at 00:00 eve time.

We hope that this is a better road to the future and that you can all be patient with us while we make these changes.

Glad to see you are trying to address some of the issues. My group has had an overall good experience but not without a few expired contracts. While no one likes price increases, I hope they will help you recruit and retain additional haulers so that the service will be more uniform. Maybe some of us will even apply. We will continue to use you as you try to work through the situation.

Hmph. I ask for a raise for three months, nothing. But customers start complaining.... Seriously though, I hope this helps all you great guys get better service! And more people to talk to is always great. I look forward to these changes!

Ladies and gentleman of New Eden,

The time has finally come! We are proud to announce that later on today (today being 1715 11/10/15) 4 long months after we opened our doors, we finally will have a new website with...wait for it....A WORKING CALCULATOR!!! after many devs and posts in this forum topic about no calculator, we finally have oneLol

It is also as of today that I do have to regretfully announce that freighter sized loads(>60000) for highsec (jump freight un affected) is no going to become a non-standard service. What this means is, until we have the pilot capacity and the fact we can guarantee proper delivery times, we ask that either a) you break the loads down to multiple loads under 60k or you poke one of us on our channel to see if we have a freighter available to move it for you on time. We are also going to lower our collateral cap on freighter loads to 2b until further notice.

I hope you are as excited bout this as we are. This will make setting up contracts for even jump freight now a breeze. Thank you for all your support up till now and stick with us while we ironed out this problem.
