Hi,

today I had a problem as I tried to log in with an Alt char I didn't use for half a year or so. I was immediatly redirected to the character re-customization with a fresh new char. I spent quite some time on the previous customization and liked the result, is there any way to get the old portrait back (it is still there, but the full body portrait is missing) or just skip the customization dialog? Exiting the dialog will only bring me back to the character selection screen. Sad

If you're logging into a pre-Incarna alt that still has its old 'cartoony'' portrait, chances are you're being redirected to recustomize your character in the new engine. AFAIK, there's no way to avoid it other than just clicking through.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

That would make sense, yes. But it's not pre-Incarna, I already had designed a new Carbon avatar with the new portrait.
