In recognition of our long and unwavering loyalty to the Amarr Empire and the need for something cheerful, I put forward Oct. 13 as 'Kiss a Ni-Kunni day.'

Any couple visiting the Holy Grape that includes at least one Ni-Kunni will get half priced cocktails and draft beers along with the special Spiced Steppe Skink Shish Kabob appetizer. (Those that can say that five times fast flawlessly get a free shot of Mishi Gin!)

I look forward to seeing you all there.

Kimmy, I wasn't commenting on kissings legality or its gallenteness, but that you should have had someone kiss you by this point. Also, Ruil can shove it, she tows a far harder line than decent or reasonable.

State military personal should not engage in intimate relationships during active service. It is beneath the rigor it is expected of our ranks, and as such, it is not professional conduct.

Civilians can freely engage in kissing with peers they share a romantic relationship with or during courtship. But doing it with strangers and for arbitrary reasons is a deviant behavior and should not be tolerated. It is utterly disgusting.
