Considering how went the recent build of a Cosmodrome in Russia, they should play more Kerbal space program, not EVE

Last year or at least a while ago. Ccp falcon said their lawyers were reviewing the new russian privacy laws.

Anyoen know any update on this or the russian law?

There is only one Russian playing eve. It's the only explanation for why shooting one makes every single other Russian shoot you as well.

Carry bottles of THIS with you and throw them out the cargo hold when encountering Russian gangs. It wont save you but they might take the time to google translate "thanks" as they pod you.

I am not sure the body of context for the russian. All I know is when I went to nullsec many years ago, russian players was a pretty serious, and to be respected powerblock for eve sov control.
