I know I am overlooking it somewhere, but I can't find what skills are required to start an alliance.

BOB is my Co-Pilot.

It says that as long as you are a CEO, you can start an alliance.

Pretty sure that, at one time there were skills required. (Empire Control?) It is possible that the skill was re-named along the line too.

You still need a skill in order to create an alliance, Empire Control needs to be trained to level 5 - I don't think that was ever changed? Unless it was recently because I had to train that in order to create the "Eve Radio Alliance" on my alt.

Skill requirements are still the same, did it on an alt a few month ago.
