Serious answer: how long is a piece of string?

No, your rights end in optimal+2*falloff

Please do elaborate, what can't wait?

I picked up the game after 4 years.

I left the station ... and I can not go back

and I have absolutely everything at that station.

and if I can not solve, unfortunately I'm afraid I will not play more :(

I'm very nervous about what happened

Whoops...
Was it a nullsec station? the SOV holders can(will) lock you out from docking at their stations...

In which case, your stuff is there... but you won't be getting it...

A petition might get your stuff moved... if you are very lucky, and it might take a while, what is important to you might not be a priority for the service team.

they are usually friendly to returning players and allow them to bring a ship back to safe space.

personally I don't know that I would even bother, just sell the stuff and move on.

and now I'm in a remote system, no ship, no corporation, no friends .... lost in space .... -_-

I would not know how to sell so many things ...

You could always try to join the corp / alliance who hold the station. Most (all?) null entities would be happy to have another Carrier pilot with them.

It sounds like you undocked from a null-sec station.

Understand that null-sec stations change hands from time to time.
When they do, the owning corporation/alliance can deny docking rights to anyone that is not a part of it or friendly with it.

You have to be patient with this because...

Quote:
Let's assume that EVE has a ballpark subscriber count of about 350 to 400k accounts.

Now let us assume that, on average, about a quarter of those pilots (~85k to 100k) are genuinely active on a daily basis.

Now let us assume that about a quarter of those daily active pilots (~21 to 25k) have some kind of problem that requires customer support.

Now let us assume that about a quarter of those petitions (~5k to 7k) are actual issues that require some kind of research and are not your average whine (which you can "resolve" with a simple push of the "reject" button).

Now let us assume that about a quarter of those issues (~1250 to 1750) are something gnarly and require a butt load of time to dig into the game itself and figure out what the problem is.

Now imagine how much time it will take for a company with about 300 to 500 employees (~100 of which may be dedicated customer support) to get through 12 to 18 petitions per day, per support employee and figure out each and every problem in a more or less fair manner.

Your support ticket would most likely be filed under "non-critical issue."

Find something else to do while it sits in the queue. And understand that there is always a chance the GMs might not help.
Sorry bud. Sad

It could take a while. You might try filing under stuck as it seems to me you are pretty stuck. I've heard those get some sort of priority but I don't have any personal experience in that regard.

How long does it take to receive a response to a help ticket?

(Is that what you were trying to ask?)
