So weird .. I got a implant off contracts a bit lower than what it was selling off the market, so I decided to buy it and resell it on the market to get the profit off it, but apparently it's "Un-Packaged"?

Implants can't be "Un-Packaged" ... x.x ... So confused ....

I did file a petition, but thought to go ahead and write this here too ;x

Plugged-in implants that are reimbursed by GM are given as assembled items. I've been told that a petition can get them repackaged :CCPGMs:.

The reason for that is simple: It's an electronic device, those are rather delicate if not shipped properly. So NewPS (New Eden Parcel Service) puts a lot of pneumatic bolsters into the box, so nothing gets damaged. Same principle as with hardware you order online :)
