i'd say 15-20 billion. one small thing that would raise your value a lot more than the cost of one month of training would be JDC V. IV to V is a big jump in desirability of a pilot.

It will likely increase your character value by about 0.5b because freighter pilots are notoriously cheap. If i were buying now i'd offer 15b and let you haggle me up to 16.5.
